CIGRE Canada WiE Event @ the University of Manitoba

📣 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲! On Friday 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓𝐭𝐡 from 5:00-7:30pm, the CIGRE Canada Women in Energy on will be holding its next event at the University of Manitoba, centered around the theme of “Powering Forward: Women Leading the Energy Transition – Inspiring the Next Generation through Connection, Mentorship & Inclusion”.

The session will focus on:

• Engaging students (especially women and underrepresented groups) in energy careers through CIGRE.
• Showcasing how industry organizations—like CIGRE, industry, and academic institutions—can nurture diverse talent.
• Creating dialogue with female leaders who’ve built successful careers in energy, engineering, and policy.
